Submit Talent and Crew (PDF)
Request to have an applicant added to the Kern County Film Commission's Talent and Crew directory. If applicant wishes to be included in multiple categories, turn in one (1) copy of this form for each category (assistant director, production manager, grip, etc.). Please include only categories in which the applicant has professional credits.
