When a County department requires additional land or building space to perform its duties properly, and the additional space is approved by the County through its Administrative Office, Property Management will actively seek the required additional space. We make every effort to contact anyone we become aware of who might have appropriate space available. However, to be certain your property is considered, you should write a short letter to us giving details of the property you have available.
Possibly. As property needs of the County change, surplus property may become available for sale. Such sales will be listed on our County-Owned Property Sales Web page and will also be publicized in a variety of area print publications.
